A grievance by a homosexual rights activist that he was discriminated in opposition to when the Christian homeowners of a Belfast bakery refused to make him a cake iced with the slogan “Assist Homosexual Marriage” has been dominated inadmissible by the European Courtroom of Human Rights.
The ECHR mentioned Gareth Lee had didn’t “exhaust home treatments” in his case.
In 2018, the UK Supreme Courtroom dominated Mr Lee was not discriminated in opposition to when Ashers bakery refused to make him a cake with the slogan supporting homosexual marriage.
Mr Lee then referred the case to the ECHR, claiming the Supreme Courtroom failed to provide applicable weight to him below the European Conference of Human Rights.
