Police are looking for the mother and father of a “distressed” Ukrainian boy noticed alone on the streets of North Yorkshire.
The boy, regarded as about eight years outdated, was seen driving a scooter on his personal close to Nursery Gardens in Yarm at 6.40pm on Sunday.
The boy had very restricted English however appeared to point he was Ukrainian, police stated.
