The businessman from Afghanistan, who is only 27 years old, has attracted attention by climbing the career ladder in his business life as a trainee.
The businessman continues to work as the CEO of Noorzad Group of Companies, which has been operating in the petrochemical sector for more than a quarter of a century, which requires expertise and experience. Developing important projects in the field of e-commerce besides petrochemicals, the young businessman says that the key to success is to work hard and keep up with the developments in the world.
Serdar Noorzad, one of the youngest businessmen in Turkey and the youngest to hold senior management positions in petrochemistry, states that this is both a source of motivation and a responsibility.
Stating that he personally experienced all the stages of the sector by taking place in the lowest levels in the first years of his working life, the successful businessman says, “This has made a great contribution to my managerial life.” Pointing out that the Noorzad Group of Companies, which used to operate locally, now makes global investments, Noorzad advises young people to never give up on their dreams: “Set a goal for yourself and work hard to achieve it. There are two keys to success; one is believing and the other is hard work. Of course, this is a long journey and there are ups and downs. Don’t be discouraged by these. When you start getting the rewards of your efforts, all that tiredness and stress goes away.”
